8th April 1943: Walking with Maud
8 Thur. Chilly, nasty N. wind, some sunshine. Pruned Edie Bennett's roses. Then to Merton to buy fish. Went for a walk on Cannon Hill Common and along Grand Drive with Cousin Maud in evening.
