Very cool, dismal: yellow light. To Wimbledon. Bought cats' week-end provisions. Bought trilby hat - grey, and ordered overcoat. Also bought Columbia Talkie gramophone needles at Maxwells. Put up my bedstead so shall sleep in a bed at last. Put up overmantel in Dad's room.
